Terms of Service

Last updated 10 July 2026

The short version: you get a fixed quote before we start and it doesn't move. Half is due up front, the rest at handover, and once you've paid you own everything we made. We'll always tell you the truth about what AI visibility can and can't promise.

What you own

On final payment you own the deliverables outright: the code, the design, the content we wrote for you. Your domain and hosting accounts should always be in your name, and we'll set them up that way. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, and you can ask us not to.

What we promise, honestly

We build sites that answer engines can read, and we verify that with real checks. What no one can promise, including us, is that ChatGPT, Google or Perplexity will recommend any particular business for any particular question. Those systems change constantly and nobody controls their output. Anyone who guarantees you a specific AI ranking is selling you something imaginary. What we guarantee is the quality of the work: valid structured data, clean markup, fast pages, and honest reporting on the difference it makes.

Post-launch tweaks

Every build includes 30 days of tweaks at no charge, counted from the day your site goes live. That covers reasonable adjustments to the work we delivered: wording changes, styling fixes, spacing, images, small layout corrections, and anything that simply isn't right. It doesn't cover new pages, new features, or a change of direction on the design we agreed. Those are new work, and we'll quote them the normal way. After the 30 days, small changes are usually quick and cheap, and a care plan makes them automatic.

Your responsibilities

Liability

If something goes wrong that's our fault, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us for the work in question. We're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or lost rankings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies, though if you're acquiring our services for business purposes, you agree the Act does not apply, as section 43 allows.
