What is AI visibility?
AI visibility describes how accurately search and generative systems can identify your business, services, locations and evidence, and whether they mention or cite you in relevant answers. Your website is one influence among several; third-party sources, reputation, relevance and model behaviour also matter.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO and AI visibility overlap. Both benefit from useful content, technical quality, authority and clear business information. SEO focuses mainly on discovery and rankings in search results; AI visibility also examines whether generative systems understand, mention or cite the business in their answers.
Can you guarantee a number-one ranking or AI recommendation?
No. Search rankings and AI responses are controlled by external systems and change by query, location, competition and time. We guarantee the agreed work and transparent measurement, not a specific ranking, citation or recommendation.
How do you measure results?
We record a baseline before implementation, then compare crawl health, indexing, Search Console performance, qualified enquiries and dated samples of relevant AI responses over time. AI outputs can change, so every sample records the engine, prompt and date.
Does schema markup make AI recommend my business?
No. Structured data can make business information easier to interpret, but it is only one signal. Useful content, consistent entity information, technical accessibility, reputation and relevant third-party references also matter.

What if I already have a website I like?
Keep it. That's the default, not the exception. We work inside your existing website and hosting, implement approved improvements with backups and staging, and your site keeps its look. No redesign unless a rebuild is genuinely the right call.
Do I have to change hosting or leave my web developer?
No. Your domain, hosting, email and developer stay exactly where they are. If you have a developer, we can work alongside them or hand them a complete implementation pack with page-by-page instructions. We only host websites we build or fully control.
Do you only work with New Zealand businesses?
We're based in New Zealand and price in NZ dollars, but we build for anyone, anywhere. The quote form doesn't care about time zones.
What happens after the work goes live?
Every implementation carries a 14-day warranty on the work we did. Past that, the Growth retainer keeps improving your visibility month by month with a defined work allowance, or you can send one-off changes whenever you need them.
