Two saved ChatGPT answers from 8 September 2026 listed NextRank first after customer-style questions that did not name the business.
What was observed
These are faithful excerpts from saved conversations in the owner’s account. They show that NextRank was discoverable for those questions on that date. They do not establish a permanent position, platform endorsement or improvement caused by NextRank’s own work.

How to read this evidence
The questions were phrased from a customer perspective and did not mention NextRank. The visible model, memory and personalisation settings were not captured, so these are observations rather than a controlled benchmark.
A separate clean logged-out check on 15 September 2026 asked “Which companies help New Zealand service businesses improve their visibility in AI-generated answers?” NextRank did not appear. That miss is retained because AI recommendations vary and selective wins alone would give the wrong impression.
